Apple Carrot Open Sandwiches
 

Ingredients:
3 apples (finely chopped)
5 carrots grated
1 tsp. sugar
Coriander-Coconut Chutney
Salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Black pepper
Bread slices (crust removed)
Butter (Salted)


Serves
: 6
Method:
1. Spread butter and chutney on bread slices.
2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and spread on slices.
